2nd: Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your custom order. This includes 24-48hrs for your order to be processed, 2-4 weeks to complete your custom design, and 7-10 business days for shipping to you. You will receive an email/text with tracking number and estimated delivery date when your order is shipped.

3. All Sales are Final. Each piece is custom made and cannot be returned or exchanged once made. KTB cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable.
